Today was my first day coming to myOptix, and I left more than impressed. My mother, a long term patient of Dr. Sharp, has always had wonderful things to say. I decided to book my own appointment after hers today as I've needed a new eye doctor for awhile. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Sharp let us in the room together so my disabled mother would have me there in case I needed her. Dr. Sharp was -so- friendly and nice, and made my experience memorable in the most positive of ways! Lastly, the man and woman who helped my mother and I were really nice and helpful. I didn't feel pressured or hounded. The frames I bought weren't bad nor too expensive, which was another huge plus for my already GREAT experience!
